A year ago, Tyler Samson and I brainstormed what Bistro Enzo could look like. He had plans to take over the 20+ year old Billings, MT restaurant staple.
My vision was white, Mediterranean blues and Quinacridone Magenta. A mix of Montana and a European chateau seemed appropriate. Think florals, landscapes and local animals.
Tyler hired interior designer Ann Jackson to guide him. Over the next year, I painted to create “The Enzo Look”.
Stop in to visit Tyler and the paintings this week. They are open 7 days a week. The food, like the art changes seasonally. Yum!
